At Crust Bikes, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that framesets and complete bikes that have been built or ridden are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse; we recommend using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the returned goods for condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
