How do I determine the correct frame size for my build?
Sizing for our frames can vary significantly due to unique geometries. We recommend checking the specific geometry chart on each product page and comparing the 'Reach' and 'Stack' to your current setup.
What is the typical lead time for shipping frames and complete bikes?
In-stock frames typically ship within 3-5 business days. Complete bike builds are assembled to order and may take 2-4 weeks depending on component availability and our current workshop queue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their local customs office.
What is your return policy on bicycle components?
Unused and uninstalled components in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that framesets that have been faced, chased, or built up are not eligible for return.
Are your steel frames treated for corrosion resistance?
Our frames feature an internal anti-rust coating; however, we still recommend applying a frame sealant like FrameSaver periodically, especially if you ride in wet or salty conditions.
Can I customize the component spec on a complete bike build?
We offer several curated build kits, but if you have specific requirements, please contact our sales team before ordering to discuss custom component substitutions.
